TERMS AND CONDITIONS [FPREVENT]

This mobile application is run by APTIDEA SOLUTIONS, New Delhi. The terms and conditions described here apply to every user [event participant as well as event organizer] who downloads, installs and uses the application of FPRevent. This terms and conditions document is an electronic record of terms as defined in the Information Technology Act, 2000. The electronic record is generated through a computer and there is no need of any physical signature. When a user clicks on the button, "I ACCEPT", he or she gives his/her full consent to agree to these terms and conditions.
The clauses of the terms and conditions are as below:
1. ELIGIBILITY
In order to use our FPRevent mobile application, a user needs to be a minimum age of 18 years only. The user must agree to abide by the applicable laws prevailing within the jurisdiction.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
A user is required to enter the essential registration data to complete the registration process on our application. Your mobile name, company name, designation no. should be filled correctly. You will receive an OTP on your mobile no to complete the registration. You will make sure that all data entered in the REGISTRATION FORM is correct and updated. You are also requested to update your information, whenever required. We, however, reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without giving you any prior intimation.
CREATION OF EVENT BY ORGANISER
FPRevent will allow event organizers to register their account and create their events on our mobile application. The organizer has to fill up all the requisite information for interested participants to show their interest to attend the event. However, FPRevent reserves the rights to accept/reject addition of any event on its mobile application. We can also terminate the account of an event organizer at any time, without giving any prior intimation.
EVENT PARTICIPATION
FPRevent will entertain your event participation requests based on the events that would be available on our application at any time. However, an event organiser reserves the right of confirming or rejecting your participation requests, on the basis of your relevance to the event or any other reason. If your participation is confirmed, you should check the registration details, venue details, event timings, agenda, speaker etc. The company will not be responsible for any mistakes in communication that an organizer might have committed at the time of sending you the confirmation. If you cancel participation, a cancellation charge may apply, in case of a paid event.
USER TERMS AND VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES
As a good citizen, we expect you to follow rules and laws of the land behave properly while you attend an event. A participant is prohibited from carrying liquor and contraband, firearms and any such objects that are prohibited by the law to the event venue. While at the event venue, you are required not to misbehave with other participants whom you meet on the course of your participation.
You can send us your feedback or report any issue within 7 days of the concluding the event, about any mismanagement, misbehavior you might have faced at the event venue. After 7 days, we will not be able to address your issues. In most cases, we respond to your issues or concerns within 2 business days.
FORCE MAJEURE
If you fail to oblige the terms and conditions and user terms as underlined in this document, we will not be responsible for any consequences. In case of a Force Majeure event, the obligations under this user agreement will be considered as suspended.
DISCLAIMER
As a beneficiary of our services, you must understand that FPRevent merely serves as a platform or a facilitator, connecting event organizers and participants. We curate events for you and strive to provide you with the best experience. We, as a company, cannot be held responsible for any unexpected incidence that might happen with you on the course of attending an event.
